Gulf Marine Services (GMS)

Gulf Marine Services (GMS) was established in the UAE in 1977 and has successfully expanded its fleet and geographical coverage, from a local operation in Abu Dhabi to become the number one player in the Middle East, and is now the largest operator of advanced self-propelled SESVs in the world. The Group was listed on the London Stock Exchange in March 2014.

GMS’ assets provide a stable platform for the delivery of a wide range of services performed by the Group’s clients throughout the lifecycle of offshore oil, gas, and renewable energy projects. The vessels are capable of operations in the Middle East, South East Asia, West Africa, and Europe.

GMS constructs and maintains its vessels at its yard in Abu Dhabi; its extensive new build program in recent years has made the GMS fleet the most sophisticated in the industry. The current fleet of SESVs comprises 14 vessels; GMS will increase this to 15 vessels by the end of 2016.

Control & Applications Emirates (CAE) is a vastly experienced engineering, procurement, construction, and maintenance (EPCM) contractor specialized in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems works. The company serves the energy and infrastructure industries of the Middle East, with particular expertise in the U.A.E. oil and gas sector, both onshore and offshore.

Established in Abu Dhabi in 1977, CAE stands out with its excellent track record of projects for ADNOC, where every project has been delivered on time and according to the highest quality and HSE standards. This has gained CAE an outstanding reputation within the industry.

Union Chlorine

Union Chlorine is a Limited Liability Company established in 2013 in Abu Dhabi, UAE, as subsidiary of Oman Chlorine S.A.O.G, Located in the Higher Corporation for Specialized Economic Zone “ZonesCorp” ICAD III, employing the latest state-of-the-art membrane technology and Distributed Control System.

The plant’s commercial operation started in the 3^rd quarter of 2017 with an installed capacity of 70 DMT/day.

The Plant is fully computerized, and all activities and operating parameters are monitored and controlled from a central control station which is manned 24 hours. UC also has a fully equipped laboratory where samples from various product lines are continuously analyzed in order to ensure that all products are of the highest quality.

Union Chlorine has an excellent HSE track record, ISO 9001:2001, OHSAS 18001:1999, and ISO 14001:2004.
